About Me:
Yukiko Yoden is a composer from Japan. In addition to composing for film and the performing arts, her pieces have been performed at ASIAN MUSIC ACOUSTICA in China, 101Tokyo in Iceland, and the Electroacoustic Concert in Korea. Her electroacoustic work focuses on blending complex themes within a sparse soundscape, using Japanese traditional instruments. She teaches Musical Composition for Visual Images at Tokyo University of the Arts.
