About Me:
After CCRMA I joined Andy Moorer's group at LucasFilm programming his custom ASP, well known for the THX sound logo.  With Yamaha I helped open a long-range research and development group in Marin County, gathering CCRMA alums including Xavier Serra and Doug Keislar.  For many years I was a consultant programming audio in assembly language on DSP chips, starting with the DSP chip in the NeXT machine with Julius Smith, and was grateful for the experience and contacts from Stanford.  Nowadays I help in patent litigation as an expert witness, again often drawing on my CCRMA experience and sometimes crossing paths with other CCRMA alums.
