A Ducati might be more expensive than most bikes... but will certainly deliver what you payed for, and more so with a few modifications. The following documents (40 pages) show some of what I've done to a '92 Ducati 900cc in an attempt to put it back to its "Bologna race standard" and beyond -- to use it on the race-track and on spirited canyon riding (every now and then I use it even for my commute). So far I've put 86k miles on it. This particular bike is a unique black (anthracite) model, with white frame and wheels. Only 80 full-fairing versions of those were built, (along with 120 half-fairing). The best way to browse through those 40 pages might be to park your mouse on the "Next" button and just click away...
