APAGÓN
La Habana, Cuba. September 1998
A new CD that will be soon released and available

Apagón has been recorded in four weeks in the Laboratorio Nacional de Musí Electroacustica of La Habana, Cuba, in september 1998.
Apagón is a collaborative effort between three musicians; myself, Michael Edwards and Diego "Habí" Ruiz, a 60 years old percusionist, a master of cuban percussions.
The result of this collaboration is a combination of cuban traditional rhythms, multirhythmycal improvisation, new technologies (signal processing and live elctronics), "out of beat forced improvisation".
..and not least, the pleasure of working in the very stimulating and very alive music scene of Cuba.
This CD will includes mainly new comjpositions, but also some old revisited composition.
Einrak, Macondo, O' Core Dumped, Segmentation Fault Beta 1.1, Melu, Bus Error, Einalem, Tarantola 'e Mamey, Dead Mute and Dumplings, Allano. Soon there will be some music samples available here.
