Below are a few examples from Guri Berg's stoneware series "Sleeping Heads". Those series' have become sort of Guri's signature work (next to her sculpture graffiti). Most of the pieces are in Oslo or San Francisco and can be purchased directly from the artist. Pieces can be commissioned in different sizes and oxide patina, and can also be produced in a variety of materials, including bronze, iron, or concrete. There are ruffly three versions of them; the asian look, the african look, and a native indian/eskimo look. Click on the thumbnail images to view them enlarged.
