Un esqueleto en la cocina (A Skeleton in the Kitchen)
2015, improvised celletto and realtime kitchen, Ambisonics
Chris Chafe, celletto, Fernando Lopez-Lezcano
Program Notes
The skeleton of a cello, (dis)embodied in the celletto, an electronic cello designed, built and performed by Chris Chafe plays in the middle of the universe of sounds which make up a previous piece I used to play solo (Divertimento de Cocina). Kitchen sounds arranged and performed using a LaunchPad controller driving custom SuperCollider code. A lot of sonic fun and improvisation.
