I just compiled Wilsynth on the beagleboard, using Edgar Berdahl and Wendy Ju's Satellite CCRMA distribution. It runs pretty well at 22500 Hz sampling rate, but trying to push it up to CD quality resulted in some performance issues. The beagleboard is a lot smaller than my laptop and it's nice having a tiny self-contained system; maybe I can do some ARM-specific optimizations and get it to run more efficiently.
