I'm very tired right now.

Week six and things have definitely picked up. Now is the time for me
to make good on all those times I talked about staying on top of
projects. As long as I can take care of myself I think I'll be just
fine.

I installed PlanetCCRMA, the linux distribution we use at school, on
my home machine. It is a set of additional packages and a realtime
kernel that install over Fedora 13 (I haven't installed the kernel
yet). It's maintained by Fernando Lopez-Lezcano, who showed me his
hand-built modular analog synthesizer today. It was really, really
cool. I've only ever played digital synthesizers; there is definitely
a different aesthetic and sound to an analog synth.
