F16: GNOME Shell fails to start

Next, when I tried to log in under GNOME 3, I got the astonishingly useless error message ``Oh no! Something has gone wrong'' and was forced to log out. The login panel came back, but I could not log in as any user, not even root. I could type Ctrl-Alt-F2 to get a console login prompt (Alt-F7 to get back to the login panel), and logging in that way worked fine. The F16 release notes had the answer to this one under ``Starting GNOME Shell fails after upgrade from Fedora 15 with color profile installed.'' The fix is as follows (while logged in via the console method, or ssh'd in from another computer):

  chcon -R -t icc_data_home_t ~/.local/share/icc

Ok. Next?
