Phase Interpolation

Phase interpolation is generally independent of magnitude interpolation, and any method can be used.

• Linear interpolation of unwrapped phase
  (magnitude peaks are normally not accompanied by phase peaks, although they are for chirps)
• Quadratic interpolation of unwrapped phase
  (Great for chirp parameter estimation)
• Interpolate real and imaginary parts separately for complex peak estimate
