Orbits Sequencer

Orbits

Orbits in action

Unity Project

In the beginning, the sun is alone, surrounded by a cloud of dust and nothing more than the full potential to develop an interplanetary party, but for now, it is just silence. If you click the sun, an interface appears on top of the screen you can select drum machine mode (this video) or sampler mode (easier, longer, and more complex samples). Then you can start adding planets, each one with the potential to be a Synthesizer (positive numbers are a filtered BlitSaw and negative numbers a pure TriOsc), or One shot samples that are going to be passed through a reverb, a pattern of triggers determined by 0 and 1, and a planet name (sample to be played), Each planet size is mapped to the gain of the specific orbit. Time passes and the solar system is full of life, dancing planets singing a rhythmic choreography but then... the cycle ends, and every life/movement/rhythm return to the sun that will continue walking until its own end.

Sequencer Milestone2

Orbits

I just want to add more and more features to this thing and see how far i can get. The drum machine is fully functional but I want to add a drone mode, and also a multi planetary system control. Also i would love to add a live coding system to one of the modes where you could design the synth extending a premade class and then improvise using it. TODO: efx are going to be moons orbiting planets.

Orbits

In the middle a DAChole suck the audio from every orbit. Each orbit can be edited using a panel. The orbit also can be moved inner/outer

Nodes

Nodes are conected using the waveshape or spectrum as visual feedback. This one is very inspired by Auraglyph by Spencer Salazar and others like MAX, PD...

Rain

Recycled from visualizer ideas, inspired by the green rain in Matrix. Each sequence is moving as rain from top to bottom, Each line can be edited using the top menu.

ChickenSequencer - Tutorial

First, the chickens are pure fun! everyone at home was playing with them and making variations to dance.
For me, this tutorial was easy and helped a lot to understand some key concepts and a good way to practice what we already learned while doing the visualizer.
