CCRMA Workshops 2002

Online Registration

You may use this form to register for one or more summer workshops. However, your registration will not be considered until receipt of the necessary registration fees, as described below.

Registration Fees:

A $100 non-refundable deposit for each workshop is requested to reserve a space. The full workshop fee is due by June 1, 2002. If payment is not received by that date, the reserved space will then be given to those on the waiting list. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard only) by calling 650-723-4971, x-300 or using the credit card payment form. In addition, payment can be made by check or international money order, made out to Stanford University in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Please call or email if you cannot attend a workshop after having sent in your registration form. CCRMA reserves the right to cancel a workshop in the event of low enrollment. Notification of such a cancellation will be made at least 3 weeks prior to that particular workshop's start date.

Refunds:

Should a registrant need to cancel after the June 1 deadline, the full fee (minus a $100 registration fee) will be refunded if written notification is received 14 days prior to the beginning date of the workshop. After that date, no refund will be made.
