Not as far as I know, but at least the spec for the protocol is
available:

I'd guess that most people in the Linux audio community are mastering
direct to CD-R, so no-one has prioritised making a DDP tool yet.
I guess one way to do this would be to have a JACK client that just
writes DDP to disc, so your mastering chain would be:
Ardour/Audacity/whatever -> JAMin -> DDP.
I don't know if this is technically feasible. Presumably you'd need
some kind of editor tool for the DDP metadata.
