Wednesday (6/6)

• (optional) noon: workshop in the seminar room
• (optional) 7pm: dinner in the seminar room
• 7:30pm: in-class we will be focusing five pieces, and the other five on Thursday in Bing:

Wednesday pieces (30 minutes each):

• NOTE: we will tearing down gear into people's vehicles

Thursday (6/7)

• 1pm (sharp): meet directly at Bing for load-in, setup • 4pm-9pm: rehearsal (including dinner) • we will start with these group's pieces (30 minutes each):

  • Trijeet / Playground

Friday (6/8)

• 1pm-9pm: rehearsal (including dinner)

Saturday (6/9)

• 1pm-4:30pm: rehearsal • 4:30pm-6pm: dress rehearsal • 6:30pm: dinner • 6:45pm (Ge): pre-concert talk • 7:30pm: concert! • 9:30pm: pack and go back to CCRMA
