SLOrk @ Bing 2018 Schedule and Plan
All items are REQUIRED for ALL, unless otherwise indicated.
Wednesday (6/6)
- (optional) noon: workshop in the seminar room
- (optional) 7pm: dinner in the seminar room
- 7:30pm: in-class we will be focusing five pieces, and the other five on Thursday in Bing:
Wednesday pieces (30 minutes each):
- Elena
- Ge
- Matt
- Trijeet / the recording-based one
- NOTE: we will tearing down gear into people's vehicles (if you have a vehicle, please bring it with you that evening!)
Thursday (6/7)
- 1pm (sharp): meet directly at Bing for load-in, setup (for all pieces)
- 4pm-9pm: rehearsal (including dinner)
- we will start with these group's pieces (30 minutes each)
- Tucker and Kimberly
- Avery and Kunwoo
- Charles
- Doga, Kangrui, Juan
- Trijeet / Playground
- as time allows, we will continue with other pieces!
Friday (6/8)
• 1pm-9pm: rehearsal (including dinner)
Saturday (6/9)
- 1pm-4:30pm: rehearsal
- 4:30pm-6pm: dress rehearsal
- 6:30pm: dinner
- 6:45pm (Ge): pre-concert talk
- 7:30pm: concert!
- 9:30pm: pack and go back to CCRMA
- done!
