Red- and brown-wrapped Vienna reeds, by Gunter Lorenz (Vienna Phil) via Felix Kraus, summer tour of Cleve Symph, 1967.
White-wrapped reed, Manfred Kautzky, from Robt. Bloom in exch for some reeds I gave him made by Edwin Hausl [Vienna].
Black-wrapped reed with red-dyed butt also probably by Kautzky.
Black-wrapped with green tracer, made by Jürg Schaeftlein Oct '71.
There is also a sketch of a shaped reed before folding, giving measurements [of thickness presumably] at various points: at center just before narrowing to tie to staple tube, 0.7 mm; at center of fold point, 0.4 to 0.5 mm; near edge, at fold point, 0.3 to 0.4 mm. The sketch has the notation next to it, "This may not be right."
