Printing is available to Guest Network users on the HP LaserJet 4050 printers at CCRMA. Printer np is available in the knoll, and printer np2 is available in the trailer. It is not possible to print to a printer in a different building from the one in which you are connected.

Printing must not overuse CCRMA resources or interfere with the ability of others to make use of those resources. Do not print large documents such as manuals even if they are CCRMA related. If you need to print a large document please make arrangements with CCRMA staff.

Information such as the user making printouts, their size, and the number of copies made is logged. Abusers of these policies are subject to loss of privileges, billing for resources used, and public ridicule.

Please note that CCRMA printing facilities are for CCRMA related work only. Keep print jobs small, and do not make multiple copies. If you need multiple copies, print one and use a copier.

If you use the last of the paper, refill it. Paper jams, low toner, and other printing problems should be brought to the attention of CCRMA staff immediately, to prevent queued jobs from piling up.

Remember, when in doubt, use common courtesy, and common sense!
