I just got randomly interested at random moment in weather casting while lookng for data sets. As a South Korean, I searched some data of my country,
and I found that there are a lot of data about weather of past years at Korea Meteorological Administration webpage. I picked three sets of data:
the highest and lowest temperature of the days, and the mean wind velocity of the days of 2012 in Seoul. Since there were 366 days in 2012, there are 366 data
for each data set.
