Stephen Dill's Lame CCRMA Homepage

Hey! What are you doing reading my website? Okay, okay, I'll let you read it, but I must warn you: it is very lame. Like every other personal homepage, it combines completely useless information with a poor sense of humor.

About Me

I'm a first-year EE grad student at Stanford University. I'm originally from NY, and did my undergraduate work at Cornell University in sunny Ithaca.

I've been a music lover for all of my life, and play the drums, sing, and play keyboard. I've played in a few bands, worked at a recording studio, helped teach a MIDI class with David Borden, and worked on Harmony Central. And now I'm studying computer music at CCRMA.

One of the classes I recently took was called Introduction to Sound Synthesis and Signal Processing. My project for that class consisted of synthezing drum sounds using Common Lisp Music (CLM) -- see my Drum Synthesis page for more details. And if you're really interested in what I'm doing for school (as everyone should be), see my Music 420 Project Proposal.

Some of the websites that I've worked on are:

Anyway, I'd better stop wasting time at get back to work. I'll probably update this page again in a few years, so check back often!
