The intent is for many cool things to show up here eventually...
For now, Tim is spending most of his creative energies in the studio, not on this website...

You can get a sneak peak of some of the latest raw material by listening to these:
(Sorry, they are really raw, and are bascially the 'concept sketches' I'm currently working on, not finished products... I put them here to share with others what I'm currently working on)

Tonight (mp3) - My latest work (October 2004, first recording I've done since the launch of A9.com -- my day job), in which I experiment with sampled choir (from the Choir I sang with in Munich, Germany) under guitar and vocals. Kind of a new sound for me -- and the guitar parts need to be tightend up. Let me know what you think. I suppose this was inspired in part by my repeatedly listening the other day to the latest music from MuteMath, which is well worth checking out.

I Will Arise (mp3), the only full length song here... not one I wrote, just an arangement I've done of this public domain song. up here by public request. (Of all the recordings, this one will sound the most familiar to those of you who are used to hearing me play at YAF). I believe these are the proper credits (although I recorded the song based on hearing it a few times at Mars Hill Church in Seattle, WA -- perhaps they wrote this version of the melody): Words by Joseph Hart, Refrain, source unknown; Music: Traditional American Melody, Walker's Southern Harmony 1835, Public Domain

Random Jam (mp3) looped around an acoustic riff I found myself playing a lot a few months ago. This one was mostly just to by-product of my experimenting with the Cubase software after buying it

Time is Here (mp3) -- Ok, I was seriously reluctant to put this up here, because I know I'm not, and am never going to be, a competent M.C. Nonetheless, I've always enjoyed listening to hip-hop from artists like GRITS, and Playdough or LPG (see uprok). So here it is: Tim's dablings in hip-hop, white as I am. Features samples from Danny Hall at PBC.

For those of you interested in some 'old school Tim' stuff, I've also posted a few of my studio recordings from CCRMA during my time there in college (although about half of these songs were written when I was in high school back in Wheaton, IL): Altar (mp3) (see video below too!), Run to You (mp3), Trojan's Home (mp3), Falling Free (mp3), Be Thou My Vision (mp3) (primary credits to Mark James on this one).
