Relation to Yahoo

Yahoo is perhaps the best known ``directory website.'' It is organized hierarchically by editors, so context can be reasonably well set. However, it still falls short of our needs:

• Only Yahoo editors can add content
• There is relatively little knowledge-oriented content
  • Links are generally not definitive in nature
  • Links are generally higher level, ``institutional''
• Competing links are not ranked
• Only one category-path (context) allowed per link
