I wanted to recreate Robert Frost's 'Stopping By Woods on a Snowy Evening', complete with the landscape it conjures up - a wintry, ethereal landscape. I had a friend record her voice reciting the poem, and added in a number of sound effect tracks: the sound of wind blowing through the woods, footsteps through the snow, and far-off bells ringing. I was pleased with the result but unfortunately my mic wasn't outstanding - there's a little noise and some spikes in the audio that I couldn't completely smooth out in Audacity. Still, the reverb effects, panning sound of the wind and beels, and snowy footsteps create a nice atmosphere, I think. Enjoy!
