For this assignment, I used the clarinet sound and Dave Brubeck's song Take Five, which I allowed the computer to chop up by its own will. I used several entrances for each with different parameters to give the effect of a growing and changing phrase. I also allowed a slight pause in the drum sounds in order to give a slight phasing effect to the rhythm.
