Hi!
My name is Colin Gilboy and I am an electrical engineering graduate student at Stanford. I am focusing my studies on signal processing for music at CCRMA. Fancy.

If you'd like to have a one-page overview of my personal accomplishments to date, here's my resume.

More interestingly are some of the projects that I've worked on (this is incomplete, but it's a start):
Magn-O: A reconfigurable musical controller using with neodymium magnets for passive feedback, velcro, and hall-effect sensors. More info (3/2007)Complete
Transform Audio Coder: A perceptual audio coder based on the modified discrete cosine transform (MDCT) which employs huffman coding. More info (3/2007)Complete
Guitar Dueler: A LADSPA plugin that listens to you play a lick of guitar, figures out your key and rhythm, and plays something similar (and intruiging) back to you. More info (3/2007)In progress
JIVA: A programming language for sequencing (gulp) sine waves! and samples too. but mostly sine waves. This is a group project from undergrad that was my first attempt at audio coding. More info, source and instructions (6/2005)Complete
My Music: Archive of things that I make on my laptop. Oooh fun. NEVER COMPLETE OMG
