For this assignment, I generated two patterns, both using 6 pitches. I just futzed around with the values until I got something that sounded cool, and it actually turned out sounding pretty melodic. The second part comes in abruptly, and I was going to make it even more dissimlar from the first part, but I actually ended up liking the way they went together. The two parts sound/feel like they were meant to be played together, instead of just throwing two totally dissonent sections together, which may have been the result if I decided to change the second section. The end result is almost an eery classical arpeggio feel.
