For this piece, I focused on using arpeggios in the key of C, starting with a C major arpeggio that gradually speeds up. At various intervals, one note in the arpeggio is lowered chromatically to create a new chord.The major transition comes about two-thirds of the way through the song, when left-right patterns of FM synthesis start using chromatic patterns centered around the bottom note of the last arpeggio. The piece ends with an arpeggio that slows down to the original tempo. It uses a number of musical sections in the code. Hope you enjoy!
