Version 1.3

New mi_dVersion call returns the library version.
Output jitter has been reduced greatly on SGI's.
NOTE: If you chmod your application to be setuid root, Mi_D will schedule its background process with the highest non-degrading priority.
Unix signal handling corrected: Ctrl-C now exits gracefully.
