- changed a couple of instances of stable_update to stable_base so that
the kernel is 2.6.33.7 proper instead of a non-existing 2.6.33.8
- change patch-2.6.33.7-8.bz2 to keep EXTRAVERSION at 7
- update to rt30, move rt patch to the end of patches to rework it to
match the latest fixes from Fedora

to preserve the integrity of the rt30 patch. The other chunk failure comes
from mm-fix-up-some-user-visible-effects-of-the-stack-guard-page.patch, so
frop the previous patch and keep the one in rt30. Dropped another chunk
from linus-git that modifies things so the patch fails
