- no longer install /etc/sclang.cfg
- changed version numbering scheme to include the proper version
- /usr/lib/SuperCollider/plugins/ conflicts with the
  old supercollider-reverb-ugens collection (built from the
  supercollider-sc3-plugins, also supercollider-ljpc-classes,
  supercollider-dewdrop, supercollider-josh-ugens
