- apt.conf.d/ does not override apt.conf, so add the proper duplicated
  packages to it (and add the "--oldpackage" option). 
- added double comment "##" to the atrpm urls and to the tao linux url
- added planetccrma-apt-config package (same as apt-planetccrma)
