Printing from Windows
Windows printing is available for Windows 98, Windows ME, and Windows 2000.
It may be possible to configure printing on older versions of windows such as Windows 95 or Windows NT, but this has not been tested and is not supported.

There is a separate setup for the printer in the knoll and the printer in the trailer.
To set up the printer, go to the control panel. Choose Printers.
Click Add Printer...
Choose Network Printer
When prompted for the path to the printer,
For the Knoll enter:
\\cm-guestnet-1\np
For the trailer enter:
\\cm-guestnet-2\np2
Next, when prompted for the driver, click Have Disk
Replace the cm-guestnet-X with cm-guestnet-1 in the knoll and cm-guestnet-2 in the trailer.
For windows 95,98, and ME type:
\\cm-guestnet-X\drivers\win9x
For windows NT4 type:
\\cm-guestnet-X\drivers\winNT4
For windows 2000 type:
\\cm-guestnet-X\drivers\win2k
Click Next.
Choose HP LaserJet 4050 PS
Click Next.
A window will come up with the name of the printer highlighted. It will say HP LaserJet 4050 change it to np in the knoll or np2 in the trailer.
Click Next until you're prompted to print a test page. Go ahead and test it!
You should now be ready to print!
