There is a place on the form to fill in a five digit code from the back of your ID card.

1) Login to the CCRMA New User webpage at: https://ccrma-mail.stanford.edu/cgi/newuser.pl

OR

2) Fill out the paper registration form.

When Nando/Carr is done with creating your user account, your ID card will be activated using the five digit code. The process should be complete within 24 hours.
